SOP packaged SSI2131 VCO

The SSI2131 is a voltage controlled oscillator produced by Sound Semiconductor Inc and designed by Derek Bowers.[1] It is encapsulated in a 10mm by 4mm, 0.050" pitch, 16-lead SOP package. It offers buffered temperature stable triangle, sawtooth, and pulse waveforms over a ten-octave range with less than one cent tuning error.[2]
