Oakley Sound Systems was formed in 1996 by electronic design engineer Tony Allgood. Since 2005 ready made Oakley Sound modules in 5U and 3U formats, are sold by Krisp1 run by Paul Darlow. In 2010 Oakley Sound Systems started to sell PCBs again directly.[1]
