Template:Split to

When copying material from one wiki article to another, put this template on the talk page of the source article, to indicate that its page history contains the GFDL attribution to the contributors. Notes also need to be put in edit summaries of both articles.

Usage: {{Split from|page=[[destination]]|date=dd Month yyyy}}
