Template:Split to

When copying material from one wiki article to another, put this template as the last item of the page text, to indicate that its page history contains the CC-BY-SA attribution to the contributors. Notes also need to be put in edit summaries of both articles.

Usage: {{Split to|page=[[destination]]|date=dd Month yyyy}}
