Roland IR3109 VCF IC in DIP16 package.

The IR3109 was a VCF IC produced by International Rectifier for Roland Corporation. It is essentially four independent buffered OTAs and a single input exponential frequency control. The four sections can be interconnected to provide a variety of filter responses.[1][2]
