Practical Wireless is a UK published magazine, founded in 1932 as a supplement. It became an independent weekly in that year, then monthly in 1940 (due to wartime paper shortages).

The magazine is predominately focused on Radio articles and today is focused almost completely on Amateur Radio almost exclusliveley. In 1969, the non-radio articles were split off into a sister magazine Practical Electronics, though it did still publish some electro-music related articles through to the early 80's.[1]

Practical Wireless is still very much an active magazine today.

Electronic music projects

Although not as well known for Electronic Music articles as some other magazines, a number of articles have been published over the years, including some organs and various musical effects.
